Work that serves our communities

At Katapult, we offer distribution engineering services across south central PA to bring reliable utilities to our backyard. We believe that people do their best work when they experience the impact in their communities, so we invest locally and work to provide safe pole attachment and engineering services to the families, businesses, and neighborhoods around us.

We also want to help other teams do the same. Using lessons we've learned, we build creative software solutions to help teams across America provide better services to their areas and create maximum value for their clients.

Learn by doing real work

We offer internships to talented college students during the summer. Applications are always open, and we love to bring on interns who are excited about what we are doing. Internships are Katapult's primary talent pipeline for incoming staff!

We know that experience is the best teacher, so we invest time and energy to find practical, valuable, and difficult projects for interns as they learn, grow, and network with our professional staff. We are committed to investing in our interns both professionally and personally as they are part of a fun, real-world learning environment.
